The collection consists of one photograph of "London's Great Welcome to American Troops." The note on the reverse of the photograph continues, "The U. S. Troops passing the King, Queen, Queen Alexandra, Major General John Biddle and Prince and Princess Arthur of Connaught outside Buckingham Palace." Accompanying it is an envelope addressed to Col. Charles A. Fowler, The Union League Club.
